Crockett Family Farms does not offer any returns for any reason, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before shipping. A photo is taken of every order before shipment, if you receive a shipment and the wrong product is sent to you, please send us an email, and upon confirming that the pre-shipping photo shows you were sent the wrong product, we will send you the correct product free of charge. Please do not send any products back to us as the package will be refused and returned to sender.

All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after the order is placed regardless of the postage purchased.
During sales and new product releases the volume of orders can cause the processing time to take up to an additional 7 business days.

Products will be shipped in compliance with all hemp laws and will include a Certificate of Analysis showing that everything contained in the shipment contains less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC Compliant with all State and Federal Hemp Laws.

As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive a USPS tracking number.
For our US customers, we offer “Guaranteed Delivery” for an additional fee.
